Judge Chedsey died in 1929 and the ranch was passed down to two of his sons, Francis and Charles (known by everyone as Pete and Dud). They continued to develop the land and raised cattle, sheep and hay on the property for many years. Pete's son Glen was born on the ranch and, along with his wife Bev, has continued the traditions of hard work and improving the ranch so that it now has approximately 900 acres of wonderful hay meadow and 270 acres of pasture land with sagebrush and river bottom. They have also added fishing ponds, shops and a hay shed on the property.
