     With approximately 900 continuous acres of hay meadow ( map) , the property produces 1300 ton of highly sought after high mountain timothy grass hay annually. The ranch is one of the few in North Park, and possibly the western US, which has had full production during the past few drought years. The hay is selling for up to $200/ton on the ranch in 2006.
