The main home  was built by Judge Hubert Chedsey in 1902.  It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a country kitchen, large living room, basement, oversized two car garage and wrap-around deck.     There is also a three bedroom, two bath modular home with a fireplace and large, open living room.     Two wells at the main building site provide excellent fresh water for the homes.
    The main building area is accessed by a half-mile gravel road of of  a paved two-lane county road (JCR 24). (map)
